Commonwealth Sugar Land, is a lovely neighborhood on the Southside of Sugar Land…just east of Avalon and south of Sweetwater. It actually consists of four different subdivisions: Commonwealth, Sutton Forest, Sutton Park, and Oxford. Zoned to the best schools in the city, Commonwealth, is a beautiful area with tree-lined boulevards, parks, lakes, and ponds. There is a community club house, swimming pool, multiple playgrounds, and public tennis courts.

Primarily built between 1987 and 1996, most of the 520+ homes in Commonwealth are Traditional in style. On average, these homes are two-story homes with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and approximately 3981sf with 2-car garages, and a median lot size of 10,935sf.
