Description
New Territory is a large, master-planned community, consisting of over 40 subdivisions, on the west side of Sugar Land TX. Primarily built in the 1990s, most of the 4600+ homes in this neighborhood are Traditional in style with a few Meditteranean homes mixed in. On average, these homes are two-story homes with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and approximately 3000+sf with 2-car garages, and a median lot size of 8500sf. There is a gated section and there are a few waterfront homes available.
New Territory is a family-oriented community with a commitment to provide a wide variety of high quality recreation and leisure programs. The community clubhouse reminds me of a YMCA and offers a wide-range of activities for both kids and adults.
New Territory is located on approximately 3,200 acres where old pecan groves and sugar cane fields used to thrive. Now, New Territory residents enjoy over 450 acres of parks, greenbelts, jogging trails, seven lakes, four recreation centers, and the gorgeous 8.5 acre Pecan Park.
